Drum Corps A
The Drum Corps is a collective course for all students who have been playing the drum for at least two years in individual lessons. It is divided into two levels, corresponding to the age of the students: Corps B for the youngest and Corps A for the older ones. This training allows musicians to develop and deepen several skills, including playing together and performing parade marches, compositions and show pieces. It even happens that Corps A and B meet at certain events, to form a real drum clique. Thus, all will be able to take part in various regional and federal competitions, in shows such as the Swiss Junior Drum Show or the historical festivities of l'Escalade.
This course is part of the standard curriculum (music theory, instrument, and ensemble): CHF 970 per year (2 x CHF 485). Second child: CHF 776 per year (20% discount); third and subsequent children: CHF 582 per year (40% discount). Provision and maintenance of the instrument: annual flat fee of CHF 120 (no discount). Application fee of CHF 50, included in the tuition fee and non-refundable. A 10% increase in tuition for students residing outside the canton. Tuition is due for the entire school year; invoiced in two instalments, at the end of November and the end of February.
