The workshop is for pizza lovers who want to discover the basics of pizza making. You will learn hand kneading, hand spreading, ingredient selection and high-temperature cooking in a traditional oven. Pizza and dessert tasting on site. Please indicate on the registration form if you have any food allergies. A vegan or vegetarian option is available. The workshop will take place on Wednesday 11 November.
