DEEP WATER AND EQUIPMENT-FREE LESSONS Prerequisites: Orientate on your back (face in the water) and on your front (head in the water and arms extended in front of the body) without kicking to be aligned on the surface before moving. Enter the water in different positions and let yourself passively float up. This group is currently full – it is possible to sign up for the waiting list.
