DEEP-WATER COURSE WITH NO EQUIPMENT Prerequisites: Be able to orient oneself on the back (forehead in the water) and on the stomach (head in the water and arms extended in front of the body) without kicking, to be aligned on the surface before moving. Enter the water in different positions and let yourself passively float up.
