DEEP WATER COURSE WITHOUT EQUIPMENT Prerequisites: Orienting on your back (forehead in the water) and on your stomach (head in the water and arms extended in line with the body) without leg action to be aligned on the surface before moving. Entering the water in different positions and letting oneself passively resurface. This group is currently full – waiting list registration possible.
