DEEP WATER AND EQUIPMENT-FREE LESSON Prerequisites: Orienting oneself on one's back (forehead in the water) and on one's stomach (head in the water and arms extended in line with the body) without leg action to be aligned on the surface before moving. Entering the water in different positions and passively allowing oneself to resurface.
