Rhythm-Solfège Secondary 1 to 2 RSS-1 – Geneva (Terrassière)
This stage marks a turning point in the learning of solfège. The notions acquired during previous years become musical material that is appropriated, manipulated, and reinvented. Instrument improvisation, writing, analysis of classical and contemporary works: the student develops an increasingly autonomous musical expression, enriched by new elements: unequal time and measures, incursions into harmony. The course leads to concrete achievements: workshops, shows, and especially the creation and public performance of a personal composition: solo, duo or trio
