Modern dance and Afro rhythms
Combining West African dance and contemporary/modern dance, this course aims to prepare the body for dancing, while teaching tools for improvising and creating one's own choreographies, all to varied and rhythmic music. Equipment: Comfortable outfit. T-shirt and training or leggings.
