DEEP WATER AND EQUIPMENT-FREE CLASSES Two 45-minute classes per week. The price includes both classes. A single invoice will be sent. Prerequisites: Swim 2 lengths on your back (technical criteria) Dive then swim one length in crawl while breathing (technical criteria).
