Swimming level 5 — Caroline
DEEP-WATER, EQUIPMENT-FREE CLASSES Two 45-minute classes per week. The price includes both classes. A single invoice will be sent. Prerequisites: Dive (enter headfirst and exit past the flags with head submerged and heels on the surface) Swim one length on your back (forehead in the water and no pause at the thighs) Swim 10m crawl with head submerged, without breathing and with large movements.
