DEEP WATER AND EQUIPMENT-FREE LESSONS Two 45-minute lessons per week. The price includes both lessons. Only one overall invoice will be sent. Prerequisites: Dive (enter headfirst and exit after the flags with head submerged and heels at the surface) Swim one length on your back (forehead in the water and no stopping at the thighs) Swim 10m front crawl with head submerged, without breathing and with large movements. This group is currently full – waiting list registration possible.
