Swimming level 5 — Bachet
DEEP AND EQUIPMENT-FREE CLASSES Two 45-minute classes per week. The price includes both classes. A single global invoice will be sent. Prerequisites: Dive (enter headfirst and exit after the flags with head submerged and heels on the surface) Swim a length on your back (forehead in the water and no stopping at the thighs) Swim 10m in freestyle with head submerged, without breathing and with large movements.
