"Short circuit" workshop: Dismantle and transform electronic toys to invent new ones
What if we created sound? The "Court jus" circuit bending workshop consists of deliberately short-circuiting electronic instruments, for children or adults, such as small synthesizers or talking dolls, to create new sounds, images, movements or anomalies. This workshop, offered by the artist Gerry Oulevay, shows how to dismantle, solder and transform these objects to invent other noises. To your toys, to your tools and to your creativity! All equipment is provided by the artist. Speaker: Gerry Oulevay, an artist from Chexbres, is a creator between mechanics and poetry. He also designed works with teenagers presented in the exhibition Le futur c’est quoi?
