Rhythmics and Solfège 4 and 5 Instrumental RSI-3-4 – Versoix (Montfleury)
Rhythmic and solfège classes are group-based and rely on improvised music – piano, voice, percussion – that the teacher creates specifically for each pedagogical situation. This lively and inventive setting places listening and responsiveness at the heart of the learning process. Beyond solfège, particular attention is paid to group instrumental practice: discovering repertoire scores, learning improvisation, and the joy of playing together. The teacher develops arrangements specially designed to link solfège work with the class orchestra playing. Throughout their journey, students participate in the school's performances and shows, which are strong moments that give meaning to the work accomplished and are part of the very identity of the IJD.
