The workshop is for pizza lovers who want to learn the basics of pizza making. You will learn kneading by hand, spreading by hand, ingredient selection and high-temperature cooking in a traditional oven. Pizza and dessert tasting on site. Please indicate on the registration form if you have a food allergy. A vegan or vegetarian option is possible. The workshop takes place on 10 February. Registration deadline: 27 January
