Optimist Autumn Course / 7 sessions
Learn to sail solo and with confidence! The Optimist course is designed for children, beginners or those with initial experience, who wish to learn to sail solo on a stable boat perfectly suited to their size. Supervised by qualified instructors, young sailors gradually discover the basics of sailing: rigging and unrigging their boat, steering, adjusting the sail, understanding the wind, and maneuvering safely.
