Men's Artistic Gymnastics (GAM) – 2nd year
The second year of men's artistic gymnastics at the Chêne Gymnastique Genève club. Boys keep working on flexibility, coordination, posture, strength and core, then move on to the apparatus to build up rotations and balance. In the early years, competition exercises are the same for everyone, adapted to each child's level.
