Men's Artistic Gymnastics (GAM)
A men's artistic gymnastics class at the Chêne Gymnastique Genève club, for boys who are just starting out. Each session begins with a warm-up, then flexibility, coordination, posture, strength and core exercises, followed by an apparatus circuit to learn basic rotations and balance. Later on, children can choose between artistic gymnastics and apparatus gymnastics.
