Learning how to handle a paddle and a boat. It is essential to know how to swim. Attendance at the first class is compulsory. Equipment: Sports attire (T-shirt or sweater, shorts or tracksuit bottoms, sneakers that can go in the water), K-way depending on the weather and a towel. Shower available, bring a bath towel. For safety reasons, it is essential that the participant understands French.
