Practise Shotokan Karatedo to develop concentration, coordination, reflexes, balance and respect for the dojo, partners and instructors. For older students, it also includes mastering techniques, strength, flexibility and body awareness. The teaching also instils the values that this martial art carries: respect, humility, honour, loyalty, sincerity, courage, kindness, uprightness and self-control.
