Les Bains invites you to experience the colors of Japan on August 13th with a rich and varied program, starting at dawn: 6am: Dawn Concert with Japanese drums – Kenji Furatate and ReMi Tako 8am: Iaidō (traditional Japanese martial art with swords) demonstration 9am-10:30am: Kyūdō (traditional Japanese archery) demonstration as part of the 40th anniversary of the first international training course organized in Switzerland in August 1986 in Geneva 10am-12pm: Origami workshops for all ages 2pm-4pm: Shodo (Japanese calligraphy) initiation (from 15 years old) At noon, the refreshment stand will offer a Japanese menu. Event organized in collaboration with the Kyūdō section of Shung-Do-Kwan Budo and the Switzerland-Japan Association.
