Introduction to Flamenco Guitar
The first year will be dedicated to learning basic accompaniment techniques, such as rasgueado and alzapua, allowing students to familiarize themselves with the rhythm and energy specific to flamenco guitar. The second year will focus on more solistic techniques, such as picado and tremolo, integrating them into the context of different flamenco dances, such as Rumba, Tango, and Alegria. Students will also learn to master the metric-rhythmic specificities of these styles, thus enriching their musical palette. This course is an ideal gateway to immerse oneself in flamenco culture and develop valuable guitar skills.
