Does your child have boundless energy and you want them to discover different fun sports? Join our camps and embark on a real adventure! Mornings are reserved for indoor climbing, our room is privatized until 12pm, we can enjoy all available spaces! Beyond the benefits of sports, climbing teaches them to trust themselves: they become aware of their body, work on their balance and their upper and lower body coordination. Climbing is instinctive and very playful, even from a very young age! We teach children to climb safely through games related to verticality. A full day is also planned outdoors, with the program including: a short hike in the morning, a picnic in the forest, and an introduction to outdoor climbing! Children then participate in various sports and artistic activities: ice skating/tree climbing (depending on the season), kids yoga, park animations and team games, outdoor walks, painting/drawing, and route climbing! For lunch: please bring a picnic with a water bottle (we have a fridge, microwave, and small oven if needed). We provide snacks for the morning break and afternoon snack (fruits and cereal bars). Please notify us in advance if your child has a food allergy. Children must wear sports attire and comfortable closed-toe shoes in which they will be comfortable moving and having fun. Please bring what is necessary depending on the season and the announced temperature. If the weather is not optimal, some activities will be replaced by other indoor ones. Are you ready?
