Hapkido, and more specifically its traditional Jin Jung Kwan school, stands out with a realistic approach to self-defence. Based on over 3,800 codified techniques, it combines strikes (feet and fists), throws and joint locks in a fluid and fast style. The teaching, structured by grade levels, allows for accessible progression for all. This Korean martial art is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
