EXD-1 and 2 Dance Expression – Carouge (Promenades)
Do you like to move and invent movements to music? Come and express yourself through dance and let your creativity run free! In this class, you will learn the basics of contemporary dance through warm-up exercises, choreographed sequences and improvisation. Together we will explore different music and rhythms, depending on everyone's wishes and the teacher's. Dance is also another way of communicating: it gives you confidence and encourages you to create, alone or in a group, choreographies that reflect who you are.
