Expression Danse EXD-1 and 2 – Carouge (Promenades)
Do you like to move and invent movements to music? Come express yourself through dance and let your creativity run free! In this class, you will learn the basics of contemporary dance through warm-up exercises, choreographed sequences, and improvisation moments. We will explore different music and rhythms together, according to everyone's desires and the teacher's. Dance is also another way to communicate: it gives you confidence and encourages you to create, alone or in a group, choreographies that reflect you.
