Through the practice of collective games (basketball, volleyball, unihockey, softball) and varied activities (badminton, coordination exercises, ball games), this course aims to develop motor skills, cooperation, and team spirit. Offered in a setting that is both fun, structured, and adapted to the participants, it encourages active participation, the joy of movement, and the progress of each individual. Equipment: Sports attire. Shoes with white soles.
