Composition – Arrangement – Jazz Theory II
Aimed at students who have already acquired basic composition skills, this course is an essential step to perfect their abilities. Participants will be guided in the development of their creativity, learning to compose and arrange pieces adapted to various ensembles. Through a pragmatic approach, theoretical concepts will be discussed and implemented in the context of concrete projects, thus guaranteeing immediate application of the acquired knowledge. Regular composition work is encouraged, with clear objectives for each semester. Students will have the opportunity to present their creations during concerts: a performance for a student audience in the first semester and a public concert with teachers during the Festival des Cropettes in the second semester, strengthening their confidence and stage experience.
