Competitive Swimming Gold Performance Group
The Performance Gold group consists of swimmers aged 15 and over who have reached national or international level. Training comprises a minimum of 7 to 8 weekly training sessions and complementary physical preparation work for aquatic practice. Training sessions by swimming pool — Marignac: Monday 18:00-20:00, Wednesday 18:00-20:00, Friday 18:00-20:00; Pâquis-Centre: Tuesday 06:00-07:30, Thursday 06:00-07:30, Friday 06:00-07:30; Vernets: Tuesday 13:30-17:00, Tuesday 17:00-20:00, Wednesday 13:30-17:00, Thursday 13:30-15:30, Thursday 17:00-20:00, Friday 13:30-17:00, Saturday 09:30-12:30. It is possible to join the competition stream at any time after a test by a coach.
