Children's Gymnastics (Wednesday)
An hour of children's gymnastics on Wednesdays at the Chêne Gymnastique Genève club, for children aged 4 to 6. After a warm-up with games, children move on to apparatus such as bars, rings and wall bars, and handle ropes, hoops, balls, ribbons or scarves. The class builds coordination, flexibility and stamina and ends with free play. Parents are asked to speak with the instructor before enrolling.
