The plan was simple. Switzerland is extraordinary. World-class everything, impossibly high standards, activities on every corner. Finding a class for our kids would be easy.

It wasn't.

Finding the right activity, in the right place, at the right time, for the right age turned into a full expedition. And for parents of kids with special needs or neurodivergent children, it was even harder - because the information that actually matters was rarely there when you needed it.

That's when we stopped complaining and started building.
